How Contractors Are Paid
Independent Contractors employed by AODCITY must be licensed and authorized to work with clients in order to receive any Independent Contractor Compensation or bonuses.

W-9 Requirements
Each Independent contractor role obtained by AODCITY must remain up to date and fully complete in order to maintain accurate and correct accountability of all our members.

Employment Relationship Style

1099 Responsibilities
Each Independent contractor is responsible for maintaining their individual 1099 documents as well as any and all client data via our client portal software.

Payment Expectations
All Independent Contractor, Referral Partners as well as any AOdcity staff members all will expect to receive at minimum a bi-weekly payment for any and all work completed withing the Aodcity brand.
